1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on The Source List are digital products. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vendor links
- Supplier links
- Supplier bundles
- Reselling guides
- Digital files
- Online access links
- PDF guides
- Digital resources
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, there are no physical items to return.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, opened, or sent to the customer.
Once your digital product has been delivered to your email, order page, download page, or customer account, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests due to:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- No longer wanting the product
- Buying the wrong product
- Not reading the product description before purchasing
- Expecting a physical product
- Not using the supplier/vendor information
- Not making sales or profit from the information
- Finding similar information elsewhere
- Claiming the product is no longer needed after delivery
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are considered delivered when one or more of the following has occurred:
- The product link has been sent to the email address provided at checkout
- The product is available on the order confirmation page
- The product has been downloaded or accessed
- The product has been sent manually by our support team
- Access has been granted to the digital file, guide, supplier list, or vendor link
Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.
4. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to carefully read the product title, description, images, and any included information.
By purchasing from The Source List, you confirm that you understand:
- You are buying a digital product
- You are not buying a physical item
- Vendor/supplier links are for informational and access purposes
- Results are not guaranteed
- Prices, stock, shipping times, supplier rules, and availability may change
- Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and how you use the information
We do not guarantee that you will make sales, profit, or business results from any supplier, vendor, or guide purchased from us.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in limited situations, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the exact same order
- You did not receive access due to a confirmed technical issue on our side
- The wrong digital product was delivered and we are unable to provide the correct product
- The product is proven to be completely inaccessible and we cannot fix or replace it
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

You must include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or proof where necessary
6. Access Issues
If you cannot access your digital product, please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback.
In most cases, access issues are caused by:
- Incorrect email entered at checkout
- Email going to spam or junk
- Download link being blocked by your browser
- Customer using a different email than the one used at checkout
We will help resend or restore access where possible.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from The Source List, you agree to contact us first regarding any issue with your order.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after the digital product has been delivered, we reserve the right to provide the payment provider with proof of delivery, order details, access logs, email records, and this policy.
Fraudulent disputes may result in your access being revoked and you being blocked from future purchases.
8. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products once delivered.
Please make sure you purchase the correct product before checkout.
9. Product Updates
Some digital products may be updated from time to time. Updates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product description.
Supplier/vendor details may change over time, including prices, product availability, shipping times, minimum order amounts, or account requirements. These changes are outside of our control.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed due to an issue caused by us, we will review the situation and may provide a fix, replacement, store credit, or refund where required by law.
11. Agreement at Checkout
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You understand you are purchasing a digital product
- You request immediate delivery of the digital product
- You understand that once the product is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or sent, you are not entitled to a refund unless required by law
